Building the Foundation.

My work with Agleam Healthcare Consulting & Advocacy extended far beyond creating individual marketing materials. I helped build the company's marketing infrastructure from the ground up, creating the systems, content, digital presence, and brand materials needed to support a growing healthcare business.

As a Marketing Developer Intern, I worked across both strategy and execution. I translated the company's services and mission into a cohesive digital identity while developing the foundational materials the business could continue using after launch.

This included developing the company's website and written content, establishing its LinkedIn presence, creating branded business materials, developing onboarding and client-facing documents, organizing content systems, and implementing analytics and performance tracking.

Marketing Infrastructure.

One of the most important parts of this project was creating the infrastructure behind the brand. Rather than focusing only on what the audience would see, I focused on building the systems and resources that would allow Agleam's marketing to grow consistently.

I approached the project as a complete marketing ecosystem, making sure the company's messaging, digital presence, printed materials, and internal resources worked together as one cohesive brand.

Website Development.

I developed the content and structure for Agleam's website, translating a complex healthcare consulting offering into clear, accessible messaging for prospective clients and partners.

This included writing the website language, organizing the site's information architecture, developing service descriptions, refining calls to action, selecting and preparing imagery, and creating a consistent experience across the site.

I also focused on making the website accessible and intuitive while maintaining the credibility expected of a healthcare-focused organization. Every section was considered from the perspective of what a prospective client would need to understand before taking the next step.

Analytics & Performance.

Analytics was another important part of the project. I wanted Agleam's digital presence to be measurable from the beginning so future marketing decisions could be informed by actual audience behavior rather than assumptions.

I worked across website analytics, search performance, content tracking, and digital reporting to create a clearer understanding of how people interacted with the company's online presence.

This helped establish a foundation for evaluating what content was working, where opportunities existed, and how future campaigns could be optimized.

LinkedIn Strategy.

I developed Agleam's LinkedIn presence and created the content strategy used to communicate the company's services, mission, expertise, and launch to a professional audience.

I wrote and developed the company's LinkedIn content from the ground up, creating a consistent voice and messaging strategy designed to establish credibility while introducing the brand to its audience.

The goal was not simply to publish posts, but to create a sustainable content rhythm that could establish the company's voice and continue building awareness over time.

Content & Collateral.

Beyond the website and social presence, I created a library of branded materials designed to give Agleam the resources it needed to communicate consistently across different stages of the customer journey.

These materials were designed to be practical as well as visually cohesive. Each piece served a purpose within the larger marketing system, whether it was supporting a first interaction, explaining a service, onboarding a client, or providing a professional leave-behind.

From Idea to Infrastructure.

Agleam was an opportunity to work across nearly every layer of a developing brand's marketing ecosystem. I combined creative strategy, content development, website creation, analytics, SEO, social media, branding, and business communications into one cohesive project.

More importantly, the project taught me how much of effective marketing happens behind the scenes. A strong campaign requires more than a social post or a beautiful website. It requires the infrastructure, messaging, measurement, content systems, and customer-facing resources that allow a brand to operate consistently and grow.

My role with Agleam gave me the opportunity to help build that foundation from the ground up.
